on 9/11 we needed my Hyundai hybrid towed 25 miles to the Cool Springs dealership for service. The goal was to get there by 4:30-5 PM.
That goal wasn't possible but the Tow Pro driver texted me and stayed in contact so that I could advise the dealership.
This was the very best customer service experience I've had in recent memory. I am sorry I didn't get this young man's name because I feel he should be recognized for his effort to make a difficult situation the absolute best experience possible for me - the customer.
Thank you for reminding me that there are people who do care about bringing their best to their job, every day.
I am a happy customer and a happy person due to this great experience.

We blew a tire on our horse trailer. Called independent towingand the lady on the phone that was the dispatcher was extremely nice. I did call back to check and see the ETA and she explained there was an accident that The tow Guy had to get out of the way and he would come to us next. Traffic was backed up and Larry The tow Guy called and said he would get to us, however, he could, and he did. Extremely nice and helpful. Felt like we met an old friend by the time we were done.
